Last Order Dates for Christmas
To receive your purchases in time for Christmas gifting, please order by the following dates for each destination. If your location is not listed, feel free to email email@example.com to check purchases will reach you in time.
UK - December 15th
EU & USA - December 10th
Australia and Asia - December 1st
Tilly is now on intermittent maternity leave working 1-2 days a week and so orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase.
If you need an item for a particular date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order, to make sure it can be sent out in time.
Due to customs and border controls, Nearer the Moon can only guarantee a dispatch date, once a package has been scanned into the postage system, it is out of my control if it reaches you in time, please order as soon as possible before important events to avoid disappointment.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for service and arrive in approx 1-2 working days after receiving your shipping notification. If you require express delivery or would prefer to have your item shipped via courier, please contact email@example.com before purchasing for a bespoke delivery quote.
Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
EU orders arrive in approx 5-7 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
USA orders arrive in approx 5-12 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
Orders to the rest of the world arrive in approx 14 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
Nearer the Moon is not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be incurred when shipping to your country, so please check your local import charges before ordering. All orders are shipped duty unpaid, if you require duties to be paid before an item is shipped, please get in touch before ordering to see if Nearer the Moon can accommodate date this.
Sometimes it’s not the one. And that’s okay. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund. Make sure to include your name, order number and the name of the item.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange, so long as your Nearer The Moon item is unworn and in perfect condition. But remember, customised and bespoke items cannot be returned. When returning items that entitle you to a free gift, the free item must also be returned.
As a small business, Nearer The Moon cannot currently cover return postage fees, so this will be your responsibility. A signed for service is always the safest option.
