I've recently got back into writing blog posts on Patreon and I'm loving communicating in a more in depth way than Instagram or even Facebook.
As we come to the end of August, it's time for me to put into action my plans for the next few months as I get busier with Christmas, new collections, and an impending "Brexit" and I'm going to pop it all down here to make it easier to refer back to and make sure everything gets done...
Firstly, the following collections will be discontinued on September 1st:
Midas, Tsuru, Lilith and Umbriel
Prices for the following styles will also be increasing:
Vice, Dreamy, and Coven Soft Bra
(I've yet to do the maths on these but the bras will be more around the £70-80 mark and briefs around £40). This is due to production methods and my own skills improving dramatically on these items, needing to prepare for Brexit and stock piling materials and not increasing the prices on these since they were launched 4+ years ago despite all my running costs increasing.
Next, I will be moving to eco friendly postage options this season once my current stock of mailer bags have run out. At the moment I am choosing between thick kraft paper envelopes or resin based biodegradable poly bags. I will continue to not use gift boxes or any other unnecessary packaging items.
New items coming out this season will include a large collection of pasties, tassels, blindfolds and chokers. I am currently planning a new collection over on Patreon which was due to be released this season but I think after a busy summer I haven't had enough time to execute it perfectly yet so I will be moving it's release to January. There will also be a small amount of kimonos, robes, tap pants etc. ready for Christmas shopping in easy to buy sizes like XS-XL or XS/S etc. I also have the most delicious teal stretch lace that I will try and squeeze a little limited edition collection out of to keep things fresh.
I will be updating you all with details of how Brexit will affect orders. At the moment, the UK is due to leave the EU on October 31st. This will affect delivery to the EU but also quite possibly to the rest of the world too. It may affect my ability to procure components that I source from the continent and the rest of the world and it will almost definitely mean I have to increase postage prices and raise the threshold of free postage. You may also have to pay customs fees when purchasing from the EU. What I'm trying to say is - I don't know exactly what will happen so if you're thinking of buying this season, do so sooner rather than later.
