Being a made to order brand, it's important to buy from Nearer The Moon with enough time to both have the pieces made and get them safely on their way to you. Nearer The Moon items can take up to 4 weeks after ordering to be dispatched.
This is especially true during the festive season due to possible delays with the postage service and a busier production schedule.
At this time, I (Tilly) make all Nearer The Moon items, and wrap, package and ship all orders. Your patience whilst I manage these tasks at a busy time of year is appreciated.
Last Order Dates 2019
Below are my recommended last order dates for guaranteed delivery in time for 25th December.
Orders outside the UK- The deadline for International orders with guaranteed Christmas delivery has now passed. If you still require a Christmas delivery, please get in touch and I may be able to help.
UK - 9th December

IMPORTANT: The UK is currently experiencing some uncertainty due to "Brexit" please note, any orders affected by changing customs terms or postage delays will be notified immediately. At the moment, there is no disruption affecting international purchases.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an confirmation from tilly@nearerthemoon.com please check this and notify me of any discrepancies within 24 hours. This includes both the items and sizes you have ordered and also delivery addresses. Nearer The Moon is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping
Please note shipping times relate to how long an order takes to get to you once it has been dispatched, not how long an order will take after you have placed your order.
Dispatched orders are sent via Domestic or International Royal Mail services, you will be sent a tracking number once your order is on its way to you.
For Domestic orders the shipping time is usually 1-2 working days, packages will require a signature upon delivery so please account for this when selecting your delivery address.
For International orders the shipping time is usually between 5-7 working days. After International packages have left the Nearer The Moon studio, exact delivery dates can not be guaranteed due to customs. Nearer The Moon is not responsible for customs taxes on delivery.
